stuff I have found in the past 2 years of symptomatic hypermobility. fitness orientied because the only thing in my five year plan is doing a handstand. The annoying thing about hypermobility is that exersise is essential to pain relief but the hypermobility makes it hard to build strength. wtf. hopefully this may help the both of us arm ourselves.
